How do I get my coins?
After you pay, this site shows a code. Coins are not added until you redeem. In the city type /redeem, then paste the code. Each code works once. Forgot it? Sign in and open Orders.
What does a supporter rank give me?
Every monthly rank gets a Discord role, supporter chat, coins every month, and priority in the queue. The higher the rank, the higher your queue priority: Bronze is low, Silver is mid, Platinum is above mid, and Diamond and Vision Family are top. Higher ranks add character slots and supporter cars. From Platinum up you get job boosts on fishing, mining, metal detecting, and diving: Platinum gets extra XP, Diamond and Vision Family add extra mining loot, extra metal detecting finds, and higher fishing and mining sell prices. Lifetime ranks get Diamond boosts, top queue priority, and VIP dealerships. Cancel a monthly rank any time from Orders.
How do I use /supporter?
After you redeem your rank, type /supporter in the city. That menu shows your rank. From Platinum up, that is also where you turn job boosts on. Each job has 60 minutes a day. Time only counts while it is on.
Bought the wrong thing?
All sales are final. We do not refund or swap packs because you changed your mind or bought the wrong one. If you paid and no code showed up, open Orders or a Discord ticket with proof of payment. Refund policy.
Do you do refunds?
No. Vision has a zero refund policy. Once you pay, the charge stays. Cancelling a monthly rank only stops the next bill — it does not refund the month you already paid. Read the refund policy.
