Refunds

Once you pay, the charge is not reversed. That includes coins, supporter ranks, Day One, and any other paid pack. We do not refund because you changed your mind, bought the wrong item, redeemed on the wrong character, lost access to your Discord, or were banned from the city.

If Stripe charged you and no redeem code showed up, sign in and open Orders. Still missing? Open a Discord ticket with proof of payment. That is for a missing code, not a refund.

Monthly supporter can be cancelled from Orders so it does not bill again. Cancelling does not refund the month you already paid. You keep that rank until the paid period runs out.
